I really do love trying out new recipes. Feeding kids can be challenging, as many of them can be very particular in what they do and don’t like. In this section, I’ve included recipes that I’ve found to be fairly kid friendly, alright maybe not the lambs fry- but hey it’s worth a try because it’s loaded with nutrients. I usually try out a new recipe after a good web search once a week, so this collection is growing!
If you do have a fussy eater, introduce new foods gradually. It’s often helpful if you add a few favourite foods you know they love onto their plate. Read more about picky eating here.
