Eat your veggies and healthy habits community

Do you find it challenging at times to stay on track with healthy eating and exercising? The hardest part is maintaining it. Often, we already know what we need to do, but in today’s world there are way too many distractions and temptations. For a long time I found moderation so difficult! It was either all or nothing for me. I’d be extremely healthy one week and the next week have a major blow out. I guess you could call it yo-yo dieting. Long story short, it doesn’t work, you feel guilty when you eat bad and get a bit obsessive when you are eating well (don’t get me wrong, I know there are some people that must follow strict guidelines). Over time, I honestly feel like I’ve got this whole eating in moderation thing under control and one of the KEY components of making this happen is a healthy eating mindset. Knowing that if you eat well for most of the meals you consume throughout the week, it allows you to NOT feel guilty for eating a few treats or enjoying that glass of wine.
Accountability is the next big thing. If you don’t like posting pics or talking about food on your own Facebook timeline  or to your friends – you can go to town in this Facebook group I started, because that’s what it’s for!
Stay on track with healthy habits in a friendly, supportive and down to earth community. Let’s encourage each other to eat more veggies by sharing ideas and continuous motivation. No extreme dieting here, we’re all about enjoying food in a healthy balanced way and healing with whole foods.
